Terms of use for the depotly.ch community
These terms apply to the depotly.ch Telegram group. By joining, you accept them.
1. What the community is
The community is a Telegram group for exchange among private individuals on topics around portfolios, taxes, stocks, ETFs and crypto in Switzerland. The operator is the person named in the legal notice.
2. Free phase and subscription price
Joining is free as long as fewer than 100 people are members of the group at the same time. Once 100 people are members at the same time for the first time, the payment obligation begins for all members, regardless of when they joined.
First month from threshold

From the second month
CHF 15.– / month
The reduced first month applies once to all members who are already members when the 100-member threshold is reached, or who join during the transition period. After that, the same monthly price applies to everyone. Members will be informed in the group in good time about reaching the threshold and the payment process.
3. Payment
Payment is processed through the provider communicated when the subscription is introduced. Once payment is made, the relevant one-month subscription period begins.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel the subscription at any time with one month's notice to the end of the current subscription period. An informal message to [email protected] is enough. Amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded on a pro-rata basis.
5. Non-payment
If a due payment is not made within 5 days of the due date, access to the group is removed without further reminder. Rejoining afterwards is possible at any time upon payment of the then-current price.
6. Conduct in the group
- Respectful conduct towards each other
- No advertising, no spam, no self-promotion by members
- No sharing of group content with third parties without the consent of the person concerned
- Violations may lead to removal without refund
7. No advisory relationship
The community is an exchange channel among private individuals and not investment, tax or legal advice. Contributions from individual members, including the operator, are personal opinions given without guarantee. No liability is assumed for decisions you make based on content from the group.
8. Exclusion
In the event of a breach of these terms or disrespectful behaviour, a member can be excluded without prior notice and without refund.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated, for example when the pricing or payment model changes. Members will be informed of material changes in the group. The version published on this page applies.
10. Governing law
Swiss law applies. To the extent legally permitted, the place of jurisdiction is the operator's place of business.
